Sensory Tray

While kids are pouring, scooping, squishing, dumping, sniffing, transporting, pushing, or tapping they are having fun in a way no other activity offers. Plus this tray also ticks the boxes for:

• developing gross motor skills (hand-eye coordination and bilateral coordination through crossing the midline)
• developing language skills (big, small, in, out, more, less, full, empty)
• developing early math skills like volume
• developing early science skills like inquiry, investigation, and observation
• developing cognitive skills like "if...then..." and the awareness of different properties of a variety of objects
• developing social emotional skills through the round shape of the tray that offers multiple children equal access and the opportunity to communicate with one another
• developing mindfulness and emotional regularity (when used as a calm down activity or as anxiety support)

Wipe clean with damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not immerse in water. Dry immediately after wet play.
