Chinese dragon

Chinese dragons are believed to contain so much luck and fortune that people plan their pregnancies to align with the Year Of The Dragon.

Are dragons lucky? Do they bring fortune? What stories can you pass down from your family, or what stories could your child create?

This dragon is a limited edition as it is made from one solid piece of exotic FSC-certified wood. It has not been painted; rather, the natural red of the wood shines through to give this powerful animal its deep non-toxic colour.

As the dragon is a formidable foe, this is a sizeable figure. It measures 20cm x 12cm. There are only a small number available.

To preserve the wood the dragon is finished with a vegan wax and oil blend. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Immersing in water is not recommended.

The dragon pairs well with the "tiger" character tracing card for the Lunar New Year. The next Year Of The Dragon will be 2024.
